We collect information you provide when reserving a spot: your business name, email address, phone number, website, logo, photo, and ad copy. We also collect payment information, which is processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We collect QR scan data (scan counts and dates) associated with your ad.
We use your information to design and produce your ad, process your payment, send you your ad for review, notify you of scan activity, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS). Payment data is handled by Stripe. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and business purposes.
We use session cookies to maintain your login state on the advertiser dashboard. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database and file storage, and Vercel for hosting. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing kyle@yastalocal.com. We will respond within 30 days.
